SYRUP: 110 ml x 10 mg/5 ml.
TABS: 20 x 10 mg
Adjunctive therapy in irritated bowel syndrome, neurogen. bowel disturbance.
Infants under 6 months old, hypersensitivity, obstructional myopathy in G.I. tract, paralytic ileus, intestinal atony, myasthenia gravis, reflux oesophagitis, glaucoma.
In the presence of a high environmental temperature, heat prostration can occur. Patients with ileostomy or colostomy, pregnancy and lactation, prostatic hypertrophy, autonomic neuropathy, hepatic or renal disease, ulcerative colitis, hiatal hernia, esophagitis, conditions characterized by tachycardia, driving a vehicle or operating machinery. Children should be warned not to participate in activities such as riding a bicycle or playing near traffic.
Urinary hesitancy and retention, blurred vision and tachycardia, palpitations, mydriasis, cycloplegia, increased ocular tension, loss of taste, headache, nervousness, drowsiness, weakness, dizziness, insomnia, nausea, vomiting, suppression of lactation, allergic reactions or drug idiosyncrasies and dermal manifestations.
