PRESENTATION AND DOSSAGE
TABS: 30 X 25 mg
SYRUP: 110 ml x 5 mg
Allergic manifestation, anxiety, insomnia, Parkinsonism, anesthesia premedicdbation, cervicobrachial pains, nausea, irritated cough.
Known hypersensitivity, newborn or premature babies, lactation, asthma or other lower respiratory tract conditions, narrow-angle glaucoma, stenosing peptic ulcer, symptomatic prostatic hypertrophy, bladder neck obstruction, pyloroduodenal obstruction, concomitant use with monoamine oxidase inhibitor therapy.
Not for children under two years of age. Alcohol, narcotic analgesics, sedatives, hypnotics and tranquilizers should either be eliminated or given in reduced dosage. Dose of barbiturates should be reduced at least by half, and the dose of analgesic depressants, such as morphine or meperidine, should be reduced by a quarter to a half. Safety of use in pregnancy has not been established. The drug should therefore be used during pregnancy only if clearly needed. Drowsiness, history of bronchial asthma, increased intraocular pressure, hyperthyroidism, cardiovascular disease, hypertension.
Drowsiness, lassitude, giddiness, epigastric distress, dryness of mouth, blurred vision, cardiac palpitations, flushing, increased irritability or excitement (especially in children).
Alcohol, CNS depressants, anticholinergics.
